- Booking Confirmation: Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.
- Payment: Payment can be made in cash or through online transactions. The fare will be as per the rate at the time of booking. Any additional charges incurred during the trip will be borne by the customer.
- Duration of the Trip: The duration of the trip will be as per the time booked by the customer. Any extension of the trip should be informed to the driver and additional charges will be levied accordingly.
- Luggage: Customers should inform the service provider about the luggage they will be carrying. Any additional cost for transporting extra luggage will be levied on the customer.
- No Smoking and No Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the taxi. Any damage to the vehicle due to smoking or alcohol consumption will be charged to the customer.
- Passengers: The maximum number of passengers allowed in the taxi is as per the seating capacity of the vehicle. Children below the age of 10 years should be accompanied by an adult.
- Refund: No refund will be provided once the service has started. If the service is not provided due to any unforeseen circumstances, full refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling of Trip: Customers can reschedule the trip but it should be informed to the service provider 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Safety: Service provider will ensure the safety of the passengers and the vehicle during the trip. However, customers are also responsible for their own safety.
- Complaints: Any complaints should be immediately informed to the service provider. Any delay in informing the complaints will not be entertained.

- Travelers who cancel within 24 hours of the pickup appointment will be charged 10 percent of the booking cost.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, there is no return.
- Client bank account information will be used to process refunds. We will not accept claims for cash refunds of any kind.
The money will be reimbursed within 7 working days, at the latest.
